The Business Consultant provides a pivotal role in supporting sales and account management teams by providing eComms compliance expertise during pre-sales. The role will require partnering with cross-functional teams, understanding their priorities, and building relationships (Sales and Account Management, Sales Strategy and Execution, Proposition, Product Management and partner.)

Responsibilities:

Be a subject matter expert on all matters related to Messenger compliance and archiving solutions.

Refinitiv Messenger Compliance Platform expertise is preferred, but not required.

  • Improve customers experience and their perception of value of our compliance proposition

Drive client meetings

  • Demonstrate benefits and features of the Global Relay Reviewer portal to prospects.
  • Demonstrate how to configure Active Compliance controls and FTP Services for customers.
  • Interpret and ratify customer requirements and propose configuration solutions that complement their existing compliance architecture
  • Support customers through the implementation process of their compliance solution
  • Report on feature /functionality enhancement requests and drive admin enhancements to deliver self-service capabilities for user provisioning and compliance setup administration
  • Report on feature/functionality requests to ensure continual enhancements are delivered to address key customer concerns that would otherwise prohibit deployment of Eikon.
