  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various US-based roles.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to match specific client requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring processes are followed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and establish a hiring strategy.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in US recruiting, ideally with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
  • Minimum of 2nd-year college-level education in any field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
