Job Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various US-based roles.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' qualifications to match specific client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all hiring processes are followed.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and establish a hiring strategy.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in US recruiting, ideally with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Minimum of 2nd-year college-level education in any field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Amenable to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
