  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Indexing, sorting, preparing, and scanning hard copy records, ensuring a quality image
  • Ensuring you understand specific customer requirements and ask questions if anything is unclear
  • Ensuring customer project deadlines are met
  • Following production procedures and completing internal documentation and tracking daily
  • Consistently meeting established key performance indicators
  • Adhering to Imaging Center guidelines to maintain a clean work environment
  • As you become more proficient with the basic job responsibilities, help to train new employees and cross train on new functions, such as quality control
  • Other duties specified by your Supervisor/Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or any equivalent will be sufficient
  • Familiarity with PC, Google or Windows applications and related software
  • Comfortable with basic imaging technology such as scanner operation and monitoring
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English (local language)
  • Skill to work successfully in a metrics based environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in task completion as instructed
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Ability to professionally communicate with Imaging Center personnel
  • Ability to work on Night Shift
  • Ability to work onsite in BGC
