We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with finance leadership to perform comprehensive financial analysis, delivering strategic insights on performance, cost drivers, and trends
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow) with a focus on accuracy and compliance
• Assist in the monthly close process, analyzing revenue variances and trends, and reconciling transactions to ensure data integrity
• Lead and support special financial projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to organizational standards
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to collect data and deliver actionable insights for decision-making
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting efforts, developing robust financial models to support long-term planning
• Continuously identify and propose process improvements to streamline financial operations and increase efficiency
• Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all financial records are accurate, complete, and in compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledgeable in financial statements, modeling, and data analysis
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and deadline management skills
• Effective communicator, able to present complex data clearly
• Familiar with US GAAP
• Collaborative and strategic team player
