Job Summary: The Credit Review Analyst will Review New and Existing Customer(s) to Determine Appropriate Credit Limit(s) and Term(s). You will Review New and Existing Credit Line(s), Review and Release Order(s), while also Managing Risk(s) and Facilitating Sales. Working Closely with Collections Staff, Sales Representative(s), and Customer(s) - You will Analyze Financial Statement(s) and Document the Analysis and Justification of Credit Decision(s).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review New and Existing Customer(s) to Determine Appropriate Credit Limit(s) and Credit Term(s), Review New and Existing Credit Line(s), Review and Release Sales Order(s) while also Managing Risk(s) and Facilitating Sales, Review Sales Order(s) for Release
  • Analysis of Financial Statement(s) for Credit Request(s), Document Analysis and Justification of Credit Decision(s), Work Closely with Collections Staff, Sales Representative(s), and Customer(s) to Acquire Needed Information and Facilitate Sales while Avoiding Excessive Credit Risk(s)

Minimum Hiring Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Other Related Field(s) - 1-2 Year(s) of Business-to-Business Credit Review Analysis and Decision Making Experience Required (Related Function(s) in a Similar Environment or Field)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Level of Financial Analysis and Interpretation Skills, Good Understanding of Credit and Debt Instrument(s), Experience with International Credit Transaction(s) is an Advantage, Demonstrated Ability to Find Financing Solution(s) that Facilitate Sales while Managing Account Reconciliation Risk(s) Appropriately
  • Ability to Interpret Credit Report(s), Familiarity with Financing Alternative(s) in a Trade Credit Environment (Business-to-Business), Familiarity with Business Model(s) and Operational Structure(s) with Understanding of their Impact Upon Performance, Profitability, Solvency, Capital Structure, Debt Utilization, and Cash Flow(s)
  • Demonstrates Business Communication Skills (Verbal and Written), Must Exhibit a High Level of Integrity and Professionalism, Intermediate to Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tool(s) (with Added Emphasis on Microsoft Excel), Strong Inter-Personal Skills with Ability to Communicate Professionally with Internal and External Customer(s) and Different Level(s) of Stakeholder(s)
