I'm looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to join my growing business full-time. This role is for someone who can manage a variety of tasks across admin, customer support, and social media management. The ideal candidate will not only be skilled in handling administrative and customer-related tasks but also have solid experience managing social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Admin tasks: Manage email s, maintain spreadsheets, track finances, help with inventory and order fulfillment using tools like Pipedrive and Google Sheets.

Customer support: Respond to customer inquiries, gather feedback, resolve issues, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Social media management:
-Develop and implement social media strategies to grow engagement on Instagram, Facebook , and LinkedIn.
-Create, schedule, and post content regularly across platforms.
-Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
-Track analytics to monitor performance and make improvements.

Help alleviate decision fatigue by organizing tasks, streamlining processes, and assisting in day-to-day decision-making.

Manage other ad-hoc tasks and be a proactive problem-solver who can help improve business workflows.


Key Qualifications:
Experience in administrative support and customer service.
Proven experience managing Instagram, Facebook , and LinkedIn (content creation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to think critically and help with decision-making processes.
Excellent written and spoken English.
A positive attitude and genuine interest in the success of the business.
