The Consumer Operations Representative is responsible for addressing consumer requests and concerns in the Back-Office, Walk-in, Email, and Call Center channels.

What You'll Bring

  • Ensure that all Consumer Credit Report requests are attended and responded to within the Service Level Agreement.
  • Ensure that all other related D2C tasks are carried out in accordance to TransUnion’s Compliance requirements-- logging and tracking of consumer requests, reviewing of documents, updating the tracker, reconciling payments, and issuance of consumer credit reports
  • Create and Facilitate Consumer Relations policy and procedure, user documentation, scripts, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work with vendors to ensure timely resolution of consumer disputes, complaints, and escalations
  • Work with the Operations Dispute Team and Data Furnishers to close disputes concerns raised by consumers
  • Ensure adherence of TAT for all consumer operations related processes

Impact You'll Make

  • Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study and equivalent work experience
  • 2 years of experience in consumer operations, customer service, banking, or BPO domain
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
  • Ability to create reports and dashboard which can be shared internal & external audience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in working with cross-functional teams.

This job is assigned as On-Site Essential and requires in- person work at an assigned TU office location as a condition of employment.
