QA Associate

Job Overview:

As a QA Tester for Filinvests Sales & Marketing group, you will ensure the quality and functionality of all digital platforms through rigorous testing and issue resolution. In addition to ensuring bug-free, user-friendly platforms, you will take responsibility for updating sales-oriented proprietary platforms, such as the Seller's Hub, with the necessary marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure high-quality deliverables across Filinvest's digital platforms.
• Identify, document, and report bugs, usability issues, and areas for improvement, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and the marketing team to ensure platform functionality meets business and marketing goals.
• Update sales-oriented proprietary platforms like the Seller's Hub with marketing requirements, ensuring timely and accurate content deployment.
• Monitor user feedback and conduct regression tests to validate updates and fixes.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality expectations.
• Perform functional, integration, and end-to-end testing of new features and updates across web and mobile platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project requirements and customer experience goals.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, ideally in a web or mobile application environment.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with sales-oriented platforms or similar applications is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to document, report, and prioritize issues effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of software development practices and familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
