The Sales Training Supervisor is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving sales objectives by providing tailored training interventions, timely information dissemination, basic troubleshooting, and monitoring trainee knowledge and skills, with consideration for both internal and external partners.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute the training cycle for internal and external target trainees:
- Assess and analyze needs
- Develop learning objectives
- Design and develop training programs
- Implementation of the design
- Performance evaluation
- Develop TTT (Train The Trainer) programs
2. Coordinate with other departments for cascading of important information
3. Ensure that information is received by the target recipient
4. Design, develop and execute e-learning
5. Monitor and coordinate with the Sales team to ensure that the required onboarding training for all Sales Channels are properly executed
6. Monitor the application of CASH (Cignal Awesome Sales Handling) training in the operation for Retail and exclusive Dealer Stores through spot checks in the assigned region.
7. Monitor TP installation capacity and standard installation process by coordination and spot checks at TP premises as required in the assigned region
8. Maintain database for internal and external trainees of all trained personnel
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any business-related course
- With at least 2 years of work experience in Sales and in Training
- Knowledgeable in:
- Competency-based training
- Experiential learning
- Curriculum development
- Group facilitation and management
- Developing and using Audio Visual Media and sales tools
- Execution of TTT (Train the Trainer)
