FSA-TECHNOLOGY INC.' is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Pampanga Central Luzon. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base through effective marketing strategies.
What you'll be doing
• Developing and implementing targeted sales campaigns to acquire new clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
• Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities to expand our customer reach
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute engaging promotional content
• Attending industry events and networking to generate new sales leads
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries in a timely manner
• Monitoring and reporting on sales performance to support data-driven decision making
What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the SEMICONDUCTOR industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle complex client requests
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and tools to drive online engagement
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic, collaborative team
• Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements
• With Driver's License
• Willing to travel from North to South
• willing to work under pressure with minimal supervision
