Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team and provide exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

  • Act as Inbound Call Center Agent for buildings to log package deliveries, let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area.
  • Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
  • Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high volume production environment.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
  • 4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent.
