- Act as Inbound Call Center Agent for buildings to log package deliveries, let the courier into the building remotely and make sure they place the packages in the designated area.
- Engage with customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Confirm or clarify information and diffuse angry clients, as needed.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude in a high volume production environment.
- 1+ years of experience in a call center environment.
- 4+ years of experience in handling high-profile voice accounts is a MUST.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment. Proficient in conversational and written English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, thinking quickly and making sure to adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Coachable, Punctual, Assertive, and Diligent.
