Day to Day Job Functions:
- Manage appointments, meetings, travel reservations/accommodations, and support other travel logistics of the Executive
- Set-up, coordinate, and organize CEO-initiated meetings
- Support the implementation of employee events, employee engagement, and internal communications activities
- Oversees the day-to-day processing of centralized expense management operations covering payment requests and reimbursements
- Maintain and hold custody of the central log of all office supplies requisitions and office/facilities concerns
- Work closely with different functions and support/enabling teams to provide proactive support and administrative services
- Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Executive from time to time
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Minimum of 2 years working experience specializing in Executive Assistance/Secretary/Admin Assistant or equivalent is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and GSuite productivity tools
- Good communication skills both written and spoken
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
