Job Description:
- Perform HR administrative functions including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, and employee file management.
- Manage employee time off and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinating with hiring managers for open roles
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Personnel Head.
- Compile and update employee records (201 files)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
- Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level staff or management.
- Update job availability thru different online hiring platforms.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in HR or administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
