=== CREATIVE STRATEGIST/DIRECTOR ===
The Creative Director in this role must balance both the creative vision and the strategic oversight of all creative marketing initiatives, while being data-driven. The ideal candidate must be equally adept at leading creative teams, analyzing performance data, and innovating within the DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING framework.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
–– CREATIVE VISION: Lead the creative process for developing ad concepts, brand initiatives, and content strategies across key platforms ( eg Facebook , Google, TikTok).
–– SUPERVISING CREATIVE PRODUCTION: Oversee the entire creative workflow for marketing campaigns, from initial concept through production to launch. Work closely with the team to create and optimize ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and other creative assets.
–– DATA-DRIVEN CREATIVE ITERATIONS: Regularly review performance metrics in collaboration with media buyers and use data to inform creative decisions. Be proactive in adjusting creatives to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
–– MARKET RESEARCH: Conduct regular research on competitors’ creative strategies, industry trends, and audience behavior to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Use insights from market research to guide the team’s creative direction and adjust strategies as needed.
–– OWNERSHIP OF BRAND IDENTITY: Act as the brand guardian, ensuring that all creative output aligns with the core values, vision, and mission of the company. Collaborate with leadership to establish and evolve the brand identity as the company grows.
–– TEAM OVERSIGHT: Oversee the output of both in-house and outsourced teams, ensuring all creative deliverables meet quality standards, brand consistency, budget, and deadlines. Source and manage freelancers as needed to support project goals.
–– Work closely with the Customer Support team to identify new marketing angles and implement strategies that enhance overall campaign performance.
–– Mentor and train the creative team, ensuring that they stay updated on the latest creative trends, tools, and best practices in direct response marketing. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
–– DIRECT RESPONSE MARKETING EXPERTISE: Strong background in direct response marketing, including copywriting, funnel understanding, and performance optimization.
–– FUNNEL PRO: Comprehensive understanding of the entire marketing funnel, including landing pages, offers, and upsell strategies.
–– DATA-DRIVEN: Skilled in analyzing performance metrics and using insights to optimize creative strategy and execution.
–– DIGITAL MARKETING PROFICIENCY: Extensive experience with digital-first campaigns and social media trends.
–– HANDS-ON CREATIVE: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with experience in video production and content creation. Has at least basic knowledge of DR copywriting.
–– BRANDING AND VISION: Strong ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and image across media.
–– DETAIL-ORIENTED: Sharp focus on creative details, especially in short-form video content.
–– LEADERSHIP: Strong communication and leadership skills, with proven experience managing creative teams and freelancers, particularly in a remote or distributed work environment.
–– INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE: Quickly adaptable to industry trends, with a strong understanding of AI tools. Proactive and resourceful in identifying and implementing new technologies and tools.
–– EXPERIENCE: 5+ years in a Creative Director/Strategist role, with a proven track record of managing creative teams. If you don’t meet the minimum years but are confident in your qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
