Dormy holds the mission of creating a safe and seamless marketplace for residential renting. We’re looking for process-oriented and results-driven project implementation assistants to join our team.

This is a full-time project-based contract (with the opportunities for promotion to full-time regular employee after the project).

Key Responsibilities:

Commercialization Activities

  • Assist in lead generation, user sampling, account onboarding, feedback interviews, and other relevant tasks related to generating user agreements contributing to commercialization activities of the Dormy PH Project.
  • Implement targeted market strategies to expand supply (listings, vendors, or services) and demand (customer base). This includes developing promotional campaigns, and leveraging partnerships to scale up both sides of the market.

Research & Development

  • Assist in data collection, data clean-up, and other relevant tasks aimed at streamlining data collection aimed at accomplishing research objectives of assigned projects.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance tests with the technology department to ensure that the platform meets the feedback given by tenants and landlord users in customer discovery and field activities.
  • Coordinate survey deployment and logistics, including participant recruitment, distribution, and data collection methods

Collaboration and Team Participation

  • Work closely with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer product designers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
  • Contribute to discussions and brainstorming sessions with the Product Development teams under a customer-centric lens of iterative feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Communication Arts or a related field.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills while also being able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino, enabling harmonious relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Proficient in using Google Suite tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
  • Thrive in a dynamic startup environment, displaying flexibility in wearing multiple hats and adapting to evolving responsibilities.
