Basic Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FP&A, General Accounting, or any accounting-related work experience.
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of financial software and SAP is an advantage.
- Keep apprised of changes in governmental, professional, and internal reporting requirements, accounting principles and standards through analysis of published materials, attendance at professional meetings and seminars, and discussions with corporate-wide financial professionals
- Demonstrated basic interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated dependability and reliability
- Ability to deliver timely and accurate information
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other personal computer applications
- Ability to learn and use Fluor’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and other information technology systems
