Complete and submit job applications on behalf of the client, following specific instructions for each role.
Outreach and Networking

Proactively reach out to recruiters, hiring managers, and relevant connections on LinkedIn or via email .
Customize messages to highlight the client’s expertise and interest in specific roles or companies.
Track responses, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-up as necessary.
Feedback and Improvement

Provide regular feedback on application materials and suggest ways to enhance responses based on job description trends.
Continuously refine approach based on recruiter feedback and changes in job search strategies.
Tracking and Reporting

Maintain an organized record of all job applications, recruiter contacts, and responses.
Provide weekly reports on applications submitted, recruiter outreach, and any follow-ups or next steps.
Qualifications:
Experience in job application processes, resume customization, and recruiter outreach.
Strong communication skills, with a knack for crafting professional, customized messages.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with resume and cover letter customization.
Knowledge of LinkedIn and other job platforms, plus the ability to organize and track applications efficiently.
