This position plays a key role in McCoy’s ongoing growth and digital transformation efforts, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible to generate new clients and generate pipeline, focusing on expanding McCoy’s footprint by securing new clients.
You Will Be Responsible For
· New business generation by executing targeted campaigns. Leads will be qualified according to the applicable methodology and handed over to sales team using McCoy process.
· Identify business leads, industry and customer buying intelligence.
· Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
· Apply McCoy’s value-based selling methodology and tools to run sales processes and accurately forecast business.
· Accelerating pipeline and increasing conversion
· Nurture leads received from multi-channel demand generation functions.
Ideal Profile
· You have at 2-3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Demand Generation role, ideally within the IT Software industry.
· You have excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills, ability to interface with business and information technology. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
· A Team player with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders both within the organization and within client organization.
· You are a strong networker & relationship builder.
· You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
