The Role:

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will help fill vacancies - mostly Support and Leadership Roles with the best possible candidates. You will optimize talent acquisition strategies, and build networks with job seekers, hiring managers, and other recruiters.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Behavioral & Competency-Based Interviews for Agent and Non agent posts
  • Profiling of candidates to specific accounts
  • Facilitate assessments to applicants
  • Deliver quality candidates to Operations and Shared Services
  • Extend Job Offers to hire candidates
  • Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and system/process documentations
  • Involvement in on-boarding, process orientation and knowledge transfer to incoming team members
  • Create and maintain reports/trackers that would be useful in evaluating and updating our data that revolves around: hiring turnaround time, cost per hire, return of investment
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of existing sourcing channels, industry partners, and vendors
  • Handle sourcing channels such as Referral, Job Portals, and other branding activities.

Requirements:

  • Must be a College Graduate of Psychology, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Human Resource Management, or equivalent
  • Relevant work experience in Recruitment and Sourcing preferably from BPO Industry is a plus
  • Adept with Agent Hiring/Non-Agent Hiring and has a good record in bulk hiring with TAT
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Literacy in various MSO applications: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and ability to multi-task
  • Well-organized, and has keen attention to details
  • Must be willing to work for extended hours, including Saturdays and Holidays, if a hiring requirement is not met
  • Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • End to End Recruitment: 3 years (Required)
