Overview

The Global Learning Operations Specialist will support the Sr. Global Learning Operations Specialist in managing operational processes related to learning programs. This role is integral in ensuring the seamless execution of learning operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the training of new Learning Operation processes under the guidance of the Sr. Global Learning Operations Specialist.
  • Participate in stakeholder reviews to identify areas of opportunity for improvement related to coordination and logistics.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to better understand their needs and expectations, ensuring that learning operations align with organizational goals.
  • Help maintain and update operational guides and standard practices for new learning programs.
  • Support the continuous improvement of daily operations processes by collaborating with team members and communicating insights effectively.
  • Document and share experiences to contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment.
  • Engage with team members and customers to build trust and foster positive relationships.
