GT HR Staffing is an innovative start-up recruitment business, and we are expanding our small team with this newly created role. We’re looking for individuals who believe in the brand and have the passion and energy to help drive the business forward.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and creative individual to provide support to a small team of HR Recruiters.
Key Responsibilities:
Social & Digital Marketing, Brand Development, Attraction:
Manage the social media marketing strategy, collaborating with consultants to help with their individual content strategies.
Oversee the company’s LinkedIn page, including content planning, updates, and inbox management
Utilize digital tools to produce brand-aligned, engaging visuals.
Work with consultants to create high quality educational material including practical job search guides,
Recognize and act on opportunities to attract new clients, aligning with business goals.
Contribute to enhancing and refining the company’s brand identity and presence through various initiatives.
Recruitment, Administration & Coordination:
Provide support to recruitment consultants which may include creating advertising campaigns, candidate resourcing, and screening.
Coordinate client and candidate diaries to arrange interviews
Management of post offer process ensuring the candidate and client receive an excellent experience

What are we looking for?
Experience within a busy recruitment focussed role,
Knowledge of Human Resources would be an advantage but not essential.
You understand the hiring journey from a candidate and company perspective.
You understand the relationship between a company and recruitment agency, understanding the reasons why a company might choose to partner with an agency.
Strong commercial mind-set with strong business acumen, clearly understanding revenue streams and objectives.
Strong interest in marketing with high-level digital capabilities
Naturally interested in managing social media channels
Highly creative, with a curious mindset
High accuracy, with excellent written skills.
Ability to manage high volume tasks
Can work in an autonomous role, with excellent self discipline
Strong communication skills
