Job Summary
Environmental Reports Analyst I is the first level in the Reports Department. Individuals in this position are proficient in producing reports, retrieving historical data, maintaining databases, communicating (verbal & written), performing basic administrative tasks, and understanding scientific methods, terminology, and units of measuring as it relates to producing reports for various Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
-Standard report production – Focused on building sciences (asbestos, lead & mold).
-Report and project tracking.
-Internal department training, communication, and office administration tasks.

Report Production:
-Utilize multiple programs to find and cross-check information. These programs may include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, and EnviroShare.
-Create and label floor plans utilizing design software.
-Read, extract and understand data from laboratory reports.
-Use report templates to create accurate deliverables that may consist of a written summary, tables, floor plans, photo pages, and/or laboratory reports. Able to apply results from reports to standard recommendations.
-Combine templates depending on the project (e.g., sewage and mold).
Ensure all documents are properly formatted and consistent in wording and data throughout reports.
-Comfortably initiate communication with field staff, project managers, and others involved in the project at hand.
-Able to complete reports (from project assignment to client delivery) by resolving unforeseen issues during report compilation. Notify the supervisor of issues.
-Update work orders and other related project forms/documents, when needed.
-Adapt reports to client’s requests.
-Amend previous reports with new data.
-Complete standard reports with 90?curacy and within the expected duration 90% of the time, with little to no assistance.
-Perform other job duties, as needed.

Environmental Health & Safety Requirements:
-Ensure all work is performed in accordance with ISO14001 EMS, Environmental Management System.
-Intervene and take appropriate actions on any non-conformance, possible non-conformance, or concerns affecting.
-Compliance with any known legal, regulatory or company requirements,
-Must follow all SOPs and Company Safety Rules. Utilize all required environmental controls during standard operations, and non-standard/emergency conditions.
-Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. PPE required includes chemical-resistant gloves and protective clothing, ear, head, foot, and eye protection.

Other Requirements:
-Typing speed 60+ WPM.
-Must be able to work overtime, when needed.
