We are looking to hire a Sales & Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Update lead list from target databases and LinkedIn based on ideal customer profile and established workflows.
• Assist founder in maintaining outbound marketing cadence over email and LinkedIn.
• Participate in calls with prospective clients and update CRM regularly for deal stage, deal value, next steps, etc.
• Draft contract proposals based on minutes taken during consultation calls.
• Liaise with clients for grant funding applications for those eligible.
• Track contract renewal timelines and draft renewal engagements.
• Maintain invoicing tracker and ensure that all invoices sent out on time and regular followups are made.
• Reconcile accounts weekly and track payments against invoices.
• Liaising with designers and consultants to upgrade decks and case studies.
• Liaising with external creative agencies on the LinkedIn content calendar and ensuring regular scheduling of posts.
• Produce summary report on revenue generation, cash collection, and probability adjusted pipeline.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales operations and CRM management.
• Prior work experience with B2B Sales or startups is preferred.
• Experience managing sales or pipeline reports.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and comfortable maintaining SOPs.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Understanding and experience of supporting sales cycles end to end, from initial outreach, to contracting and invoicing.
