  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A market leading financial services powerhouse has an exciting opportuinity for a Chief Technology Officer to join their team and be part of their Digital Revolution.

This person will be asked to build, lead and strategise the Digital office and assist with the companies key Technical modernization agenda's around Cloud, AI/ML, DLT, API's.

This is a large organization, and as such a number of years Executive Leadership is required to be a fit for the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the bank’s technology strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of the bank’s IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business growth.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the bank remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
  • Manage relationships with external technology vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to drive innovation.

This is a Senior role at Managing Director level. Salary and Benefits Negotiable.

Office Based, Central Manila.
