We are seeking a talented and organized Recruiter/Admin Assistant to join our internal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Remote, Flexible 40-hour workweek (8 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
-Compensation starts at Php18,000-20,000
-Must have at least 1 year experience in recruitment and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
-Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
-Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
-Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
-Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants and recruitment activities.
-Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications
-Must have at least 1 year experience in recruitment and administrative tasks.
-Preferably someone with experience in working remotely
-Knowledge in CRM and ATS softwares is a plus but not required.
