Ensure near-flawless data entry for tracking customer requests
Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact to the end customer.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, growth-focused work environment
Well-qualified candidates for this role will have demonstrated experience and skills in:
Providing customer service and technical support for a SaaS company
Actively listen and properly document customer feedback and needs.
Positively approaching customer service and helping individuals
Being very organized, diligent, and detail-oriented with email s, customer messages, and ticketing systems
Knowledge of brewery operations and/or beer industry experience
