  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a LinkedIn Recruitment Pro Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Lead Generation Group, using LinkedIn’s advanced recruitment tools to find, engage, and nurture top talent for our growing team. In this role, you will strategically manage candidate pipelines, execute tailored outreach, and partner closely with hiring managers to fulfill our recruitment goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools to identify, engage, and screen qualified candidates.

- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates to meet both immediate and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of potential hires.

- Candidate Engagement: Craft personalised outreach messages to engage passive candidates, building strong relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.

- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements and deliver top talent that aligns with the company's values and goals.

- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track key metrics, such as response rates and conversion, to assess and refine sourcing strategies continuously.

- Process Optimisation: Contribute to recruitment process improvements by analyzing data, tracking trends, and implementing best practices.


Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship-building and candidate experience.
- Proven track record in managing pipelines and maintaining candidate engagement.
- Ability to analyse recruitment data to improve sourcing strategies and drive successful outcomes.
