Community Programs Associate

The Community Programs Associate will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and Field Coordinators in the deployment, operations, and expansion of the Aling Tindera program in the communities and institutional partners.

The Community Programs Associate will assist the Managing Director by developing and executing programs that are designed to promote FOH's mission of providing livelihood and support to the community. You will be working with cross-functional teams and industry partners.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting the Managing Director in understanding and identifying challenges in the field between various stakeholders;
• Managing Field Coordinators nationwide;
• Providing oversight and support for AT+ site development and expansion;
• Developing strategies to minimize cost and increase logistics;
• Analyzing data collected from the field, provide recommendations to help the organization make better decisions in the long run;
• Working with the logistics team for hauling, managing the time of field coordinators to meet target timelines and hauling/delivery schedules;
• Developing strategies with the Managing Director to help grow the AT+ program;

Qualifications:

• You should also be excited about the prospect of operating independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• You must be open to doing field work (visits to construction sites, partner meetings, community engagement) if needed.
