Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for identifying top talent? We're seeking a dynamic Recruiter/Phone Screener to join our team and play a crucial role in our recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for open positions.
Articulate job requirements and company culture to candidates in a clear and engaging manner.
Evaluate candidates' communication skills, professionalism, and enthusiasm for the role.
Provide feedback to hiring managers based on phone screenings to assist in the decision-making process.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions and assessments.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly assess candidate qualifications.
Experience in customer service, recruitment, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with tea m me mbers.
Work hours 35 - 40 hours per week
