Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a Proposal Administrator to join our Business Development team.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
- Providing assistance to Business Groups within the Sydney Region for bids.
- Reviewing the client request for proposal and information requirements.
- Processing documentation in accordance with internal policies, procedures and associated processes.
- Setting up the proposal response template aligned with the client specified requirements.
- Working as a key support role within a truly global organisation.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant qualification (Business Administration or similar) and/or previous demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Work experience in the service industry and dealing with expatriates or foreigners.
- A background in document management, reporting or other similar structured tasks that require a high attention to detail.
- Strong team skills and proactive work approach.
- Experience in remote support.
- Excellent communication skills.
