Position Overview:
The Virtual Legal Intake Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming calls, email s, and inquiries from prospective clients. This role requires someone with exceptional English communication skills and a professional demeanor to gather necessary information, evaluate potential client cases, and ensure a seamless client onboarding process. Additional administrative tasks may also be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone and email .
• Conduct client intake interviews, documenting detailed information about the potential client’s case in the firm’s CRM system (MyCase).
• Assess the fit of prospective clients based on the firm’s practice areas.
• Schedule consultations and send follow-up email s or communications to potential clients.
• Provide information about the firm’s services and fee structure without offering legal advice.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications.
• Assist with other administrative tasks, such as case management support, calendar management, or document preparation, as needed.
Qualifications:
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in a legal, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools such as MyCase or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
