We are seeking a talented and passionate Media/Content Creation Manager who will play a key role in developing and executing content strategies across various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements. If you’re proficient in wordpress would be a bonus. This position requires a mix of creativity, technical skills, and a keen understanding of audience behavior, with the ability to produce high-quality content that engages, educates, and converts potential property investors. This worker will perform duties as a social media Manager and also administrative jobs on a adhoc basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy & Planning:
o Develop a content strategy aligned with our brand and business goals.
o Plan and manage the content calendar for social media, blog posts, video content (Not necessary).
o Ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, focusing on the real estate market, property investment, and related topics.
• Content Creation:
o Design and produce high-quality visual and written content for social media and ad campaigns.
o Manage content production for real estate project updates, market analysis, case studies, and educational materials. (Contents will be provided)
o Develop engaging video content, including faceless short-form (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
• Social Media Management:
o Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook , tiktok, etc.), growing followers and engagement.
o Create engaging posts, stories, and reels, ensuring that they are aligned with the company’s brand voice and target audience.
o Monitor performance metrics for social media campaigns and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
• Lead Generation & Conversion:
o Develop content that drives traffic to our landing pages and funnels, utilizing CTAs to convert visitors into leads.
o Work closely with Realtor to integrate content with lead generation tools and track content performance in driving conversions.
• SEO & Analytics:
o Implement SEO strategies to ensure content ranks well on search engines and attracts organic traffic. (Meta Platforms and TIktok)
o Use analytics tools (Tiktok and Meta Insights) to track the effectiveness of content, making data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
• Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content supports key business objectives and aligns with ongoing campaigns.
o Keep up with industry trends, content best practices, and competitor strategies to remain ahead in content innovation.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven Experience:
o 2+ years of experience in content creation, media management, or digital marketing (experience in real estate is a plus). Minimum 10k followers on IG/Tiktok or possess relavant portfolio
• Strong Writing & Communication Skills:
o Exceptional ability to write compelling, engaging, and persuasive copy.
o Proficiency in creating clear and impactful content for different types of audiences (investors, first-time buyers, etc.).
• Creative Skills:
o Proficient in graphic design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut (Accounts will be provided) for creating visually engaging content.
• Social Media Expertise:
o Deep knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook , LinkedIn, YouTube) and trends.
o Ability to create viral content, grow communities, and engage audiences on social platforms.
• Analytical Mindset:
o Comfortable with using analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to track content performance and optimize campaigns.
• Attention to Detail & Time Management:
o Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
o Excellent time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have):
o Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing platforms
o Experience with Google Ads or Meta Ads for content promotion.
