Why this role exists
This position will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing real estate opportunities through proactive sales outreach. The role combines sales development with relationship management to support the company's expansion in key markets while maintaining detailed documentation of all interactions and transactions.
The Impact you’ll make
Sales Development
• Execute outbound sales calls using provided scripts
• Assess potential opportunities for property buying/selling
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects
• Document all sales activities in tracking systems
Lead Management
• Conduct systematic follow-up calls via Google Voice
• Manage email communications with stakeholders
• Track and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
• Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions
Documentation & Administration
• Create and manage Excel spreadsheets for sales tracking
• Draft contracts using provided templates
• Organize and maintain prospect and client information
• Support documentation of transactions
Client Relations
• Follow up with appraisals, buyers, and sellers
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders
• Provide updates on transaction progress
• Ensure timely responses to all inquiries
Personal Support
• Assist with personal tasks
• Support schedule management
• Adapt to additional tasks as needed
• Maintain flexibility for evolving responsibilities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably with US/Canada clients
• 6+ months of experience using Excel for data management and reporting
• 1+ years experience with outbound sales calls and follow-up processes
• Proven track record of customer relationship management
• Demonstrated proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...
Work Setup:
• Remote position
• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system
Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday, working anytime between 10 AM to 3 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time)
• 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week
Compensation:
• $7 per hour
