KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Responsibilities
• Identify and convert customers through prospecting, networking, and outreach for B2B and B2C markets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans, including proposals and presentations, to meet or exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing needs, providing solutions, and conducting follow-ups.
• Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and pipeline management.
• Represent AdcuraLabs at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Marketing Responsibilities
• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
• Present and promote AdcuraLabs' products and services, highlighting benefits and special offers.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings and align marketing efforts with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration & Support
• Participate in sales strategy sessions, training, and the onboarding of new team members.
• Work closely with internal teams to meet customer needs and improve overall service delivery.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing; healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Can start immediately.
• Willingness to travel and attend events when needed.
