The agency seeks a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support their dynamic operations by managing digital content, social media presence, and administrative functions. This role will help streamline marketing operations while maintaining the agency's high standards across multiple digital platforms and business channels.
The Impact you’ll make
Digital Content Management
• Develop and post content for LinkedIn, blogs, and social platforms
• Manage affiliate marketing through ShareASale and ClickBank
• Optimize and maintain Amazon store listings
• Create engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines
Administrative Operations
• Coordinate appointments and travel arrangements
• Manage email correspondence and communications
• Handle scheduling and calendar management
• Support daily business operations
Platform & Tools Management
• Work with various social media platforms
• Utilize PR media database software
• Manage content through Google Workspace
• Coordinate through Slack for team communication
Business Development Support
• Track affiliate marketing performance
• Optimize online visibility and engagement
• Support Amazon business operations
• Maintain organized digital assets
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
• 2+ years of digital marketing or related experience
• Proven social media management skills
• Experience with affiliate marketing platforms
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities
• Background in content creation and management
• WFH Set-Up:
• Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
• Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
• Back-up computer and internet connection
• Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
