Role Overview

Social Media Strategy and Creative Content Implementation

  • Expert in social media networks and identifies opportunities for audience and traffic growth in social channels, along with focus on driving positive engagements across all platforms, where possible.
  • Establish guidelines and best practice to implement organic social engagement operations across social media channels (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter and Tiktok)
  • Attend events to monitor and implement social media live coverage for events as necessary.

Management of Creative Implementation

  • Collaborate with internal creative teams on content executions.
  • Test and implement new platforms and trends (Facebook Groups, Podcasts, etc) as part of ideating and developing quality content.

Internal & External Coordination

  • Overall ownership of planning monthly campaign calendar incorporating various thematic & category campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Branding and Commercial teams (eg. Influencer, PR, Media, Cust Care, etc) to produce a cohesive and curated content calendar
  • Manage creative and content agencies (both internal and external partners) from ideation to execution

DISPLAY

  • Ability to lead in developing end-to-end Digital Campaign Strategy to achieve overall targets for digital growth.
  • Ability to develop plan, programs and strategies to increase the reach of communication and community engagement in social channels and other digital platforms.
  • Ability to provide recommendation on what will best work for each brand and platform.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Has experience or keen interest in the field of Social Media or Digital Marketing, Communications Marketing and Brand/Product Marketing
  • Knowledge on/ Experience in: Social Media Channels' native insight tools (Facebook Analytics, Instagram Insights, Twitter Analytics, YouTube Analytics, etc.)
  • Knowledge on different media executions (Ad Executions, Material Variety, etc)
  • Experience in Social Media and Digital Metric tools (Socialbakers, Google Analytics, Minter, etc.)
