As our sales department continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Part-Time Sales Assistant to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations, managing customer inquiries, processing sales, and providing exceptional after-sale support. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business and contribute to our success while working flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email , phone, and online platforms in a professional and friendly manner.

Assist with processing sales orders and updating customer records.

Provide after-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Organize and manage files using Office Suite, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or a customer support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, and Google Drive.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Availability to work at least 3-4 hours during Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) daytime hours.
