  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

· Competitive Pay: Earn $7/hour + $20 commissions per qualified demo held. Meeting the monthly quota of 8 demos held will earn you an average of $1,042 per month, equivalent to an hourly rate of $8.27.
· Training and Tools Provided: We’ll equip you with everything you need to succeed, including CRM software, phone systems, scripts, and personalized training.

What You’ll Do:
· Work Monday-Friday, 6-hour shifts (9 PM - 4 AM Manila Time).
· Make outbound cold calls to funeral homes and hospices to schedule demos.
· Log call outcomes
· Continuously refine your strategy to improve connect and closing rates.
· Submit daily email reports summarizing tasks completed and leads generated.

What You’ll Need:
· A perfect American English accent—essential for building trust.
· At least 2 years of experience in cold calling to U.S. or Canadian markets.
· Confidence to go beyond scripts and hold authentic conversations.
· A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Familiarity With Tools:
You’ll use tools like Pipedrive (CRM), Google Sheets, and AirCall (or similar VOIP software). If you’re not an expert yet, don’t worry—we’ll train you!
