Job Description:
As a Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns primarily across Google Ads and Facebook Ads. While having a stronger skill set in one platform is fine, you will be expected to learn and excel in the other over time. This role requires a proactive individual who is willing to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and propose innovative solutions. A background in software engineering is a major plus, as the ideal candidate will bring a methodical, analytical, and problem-solving mindset to all tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Google Ads Management
Setup and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.)
Optimize bids, keywords, and targeting to maximize ROI
Manage and optimize Google Merchant Center for product listings
Configure and maintain conversion tracking on WordPress and WooCommerce sites
Continuously analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
Facebook Ads Management
Setup and manage Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple objectives and ad formats
Install, configure, and maintain Facebook Pixels for accurate conversion tracking
Optimize audience targeting, creative assets, and ad placements to drive results
Continuously monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
Technical & Analytical Problem-Solving
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and campaign performance
Collaborate with developers (if needed) to solve technical obstacles
Apply analytical thinking to test hypotheses, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
Demonstrated experience managing Google and/or Facebook Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce for conversion tracking implementation
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
Strong communication and English language skills
Ability to work effectively during US Eastern Time hours
Bonus: Background in software engineering, programming, or technical problem-solving
Nice to Have: Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification
