Job Description
We are looking for experienced Recruiting and Talent Acquisition Specialist to help our clients with sourcing, selection and hiring of talent. Recruiters will also be responsible for developing new recruiting strategies and communicating with clients on the process, status, and feedback of all candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from the creation of job ads to onboarding new hires
- Write job descriptions and create job postings on different job boards
- Source candidates using different strategies
- Screen resume and contact potential candidates
- Coordinate with applicants on their scheduled interviews and requirements
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Negotiate and discuss job offers
- Coordinate with the candidates and human resources on the onboarding process
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Requirements
- College educated
- Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
- Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
- Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
- Healthcare software knowledge is a plus, BUT not required (such as Wellsky)
- Experience using any Applicant Tracking System, Scheduling system, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Experience using any Customer Relationship Management tool is a plus
- Computer or laptop with access to the internet (min speed of 25 Mbps)
- 1+ years experience conducting interviews and/or phone screens
- 1+ years experience creating job descriptions and posting job descriptions
Hardware Requirements
- At least a 720p HD Webcam.
- A noise-canceling headset.
- At least a 25mbps primary internet connection.
- A backup laptop, backup internet connection device, and backup power supply in case of power outage and emergencies.
- Minimum recommendation for your main computer: Intel Core i5 or equivalent with 8 GB RAM or higher
- Minimum recommended for your backup computer: Intel Core i3, 4 GB RAM
Compensation and Benefits
- Earn a competitive hourly rate, which can be up to PHP 42,500 per month, based on experience.
