Job Overview
Hey Lieu is looking for a versatile and detail-oriented General Virtual Assistant with expertise in QuickBooks and Customer Service. In this role, you’ll assist clients with bookkeeping, financial management, and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring their business operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Financial Support:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial records.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for client review.
- Assist with invoicing, tracking payments, and follow-ups.
- Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Manage CRM tools to log interactions and follow up on pending issues.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Organize schedules, appointments, and digital files.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Assist with day-to-day client operations and special projects.
- Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows for clients.
- Implement best practices to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop (certification is a plus).
- At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or similar role.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in office software such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and other administrative tools.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with payroll processing or tax preparation.
- Knowledge of customer support platforms like Zendesk, HubSpot, or Freshdesk.
- Additional accounting software knowledge is a plus.
