As an E-Commerce Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating an engaging and visually appealing online shopping experience that drives traffic, enhances conversion rates, and promotes product discovery. This role will focus on curating digital storefronts, optimizing product presentation, and implementing merchandising strategies to align with business goals and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Online Storefront Management:

• Design and maintain an attractive, user-friendly layout for the e-commerce website, ensuring seamless navigation and an optimal customer experience.

• Organize and update category pages, landing pages, and product groupings to align with marketing campaigns, seasonality, and trends.

Product Presentation:

• Ensure product pages feature high-quality imagery, compelling descriptions, and accurate information to drive sales.

• Optimize product visibility through effective tagging, categorization, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.

Campaign Execution:

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to implement promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and special events across the e-commerce platform.

• Create digital assets, banners, and layouts that reflect brand identity and campaign objectives.

Analytics and Optimization:

• Analyze site performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and sales data, to inform visual merchandising strategies.

• Test and implement improvements to layouts, visuals, and product placements to maximize customer engagement and revenue.

Inventory Coordination:

• Monitor stock levels to ensure high-visibility products are adequately represented online.

• Collaborate with supply chain and inventory teams to prevent overselling or understocking key products.

Customer Journey Enhancement:

• Curate collections and personalized recommendations to guide customers through the shopping experience.

• Implement tools like "Recently Viewed" or "Similar Products" to improve product discovery and retention.

Competitor and Trend Analysis:

• Conduct regular research on e-commerce trends, competitors, and best practices to stay ahead in the market.

• Propose and execute innovative ideas to differentiate the online store.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce visual merchandising, digital marketing, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software.

• Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and merchandising software.

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.

• Understanding of customer behavior and UX/UI best practices.
