Location: Paranaque City (near NAIA 1 Terminal)
Reporting to : TA Manager
Responsibilities:
- Source, interview, and schedule candidates who apply through different sourcing channels.
- Manages and provides candidate pipeline to ensure sufficient applicant database to meet operational demand.
- Facilitate job offers. JO preparation, offer negotiation and contract preparation.
- Stay abreast in recruiting trends and best practices.
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Attend calibration meetings and coordinate directly with Hiring Managers for various updates on the requisitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related course.
- At least 6months-1 year of end-to-end recruiting experience.
- Preferably with experience working in a BPO and/or recruitment firms industries.
- Preferably with experience in handling both technology and volume hiring requirements.
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of different interview techniques and sourcing methods.
