Aidea Inc. is seeking a passionate and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with department heads and team leaders to identify training needs, develop customized learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with the company’s goals.
- Assess the learning needs of employees across all levels and departments.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills enhancement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training materials.
- Utilize a variety of learning methods, including e-learning, workshops, coaching, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Certification in Learning and Development (e.g., CPLP, CPTD) is a plus.
