Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducts sourcing, screening, endorsing candidates to hiring managers, job offer and onboarding of successful candidates.
2. Work closely with the Recruitment Manager to develop pipeline of candidates and strategic recruitment plans for various on-going and future headcount requirements.
3. Provides planning, logistics and administrative support in the execution of various recruitment initiatives like referral programs, recruitment vendor engagements and online job postings.
4. Work with Recruitment Associate to ensure completion of candidate information and relevant documents on hiring, background checking, and application of insurance license of new hires
5. Regular and timely updating and monitoring of recruitment tracker and other reports
6. Conducts exit interview to outgoing sales force and records data gathered for future reporting
7. Monitors and guide Recruitment Associate in other recruitment related activities.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree graduate – Psychology/Behavioral Science or related courses
Experience:
- At least 4 years experience in Corporate Recruitment from insurance industry or recruitment outsourcing industry catering to sales/marketing roles.
- Knowledgeable in competency-based interview.
- Experience in Workday recruitment/onboarding platform
- Experience in mass hiring recruitment.
