Project Manager (Notion Expert)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support multiple companies. This role is integral in ensuring seamless project execution, effective communication, and high-quality reporting. The ideal candidate is an expert in Notion, with a proven track record in designing charts and reports, and possesses excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Notion to organize, track, and update project progress, workflows, and timelines.
Create visually appealing and informative charts and reports within Notion to support data-driven decision-making.
Coordinate with tea m me mbers and stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on project objectives and milestones.
Troubleshoot and address project challenges proactively.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager
Expertise in using Notion, particularly for project management, chart design, and reporting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
