All I.T. is seeking a seasoned Web Marketing Manager with a relentless drive for perfection. This role is for those who thrive in a hands-on environment, spearheading our online visibility and inbound lead generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing potent digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, local SEO, social media, and more. A solid grasp of HubSpot inbound methodology, CRO, A/B testing, and Google Analytics is a must. The role demands an individual who can juggle multiple projects, utilize project management tools, and collaborate with our existing network of web designers/developers, and writers. Experience in fostering cross-functional collaboration, particularly integrating efforts with outbound business development and inbound sales teams, is also a prerequisite to ensure a harmonious and efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance All I.T.'s online presence and drive inbound lead generation.
-Optimize website content and structure for search engine visibility and organic traffic growth.
-Manage PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance tracking.
-Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels, including blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
-Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in specific geographic areas.
-Conduct A/B tests to optimize website conversion rates and user experience.
-Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other relevant tools.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
-Collaborate with existing vendors such as web designers/developers, and writers.
-Use project management tools to manage and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously.
-Foster cross-functional collaboration, particularly integrating efforts with outbound business development and inbound sales teams, to ensure a harmonious and efficient workflow.
-Leverage AI tools and models to optimize workflow, automate mundane tasks, and execute projects in a rapid fashion
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
-Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, local SEO, social media, and other digital marketing channels.
-Familiarity with HubSpot inbound methodology, CRO, A/B testing, and Google Analytics.
-Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
-Experience working with vendors such as web designers/developers, and writers.
-Proficiency in using project management tools.
Preferred Experience:
-A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, PPC, content marketing, and lead generation.
-Experience in the IT industry or working with technology-related products/services will be considered a plus.

-Experience leveraging the latest AI tools for copy-editing, writing, SEO, and image generation.
