This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef/Line Cook at Sóbra Café Corp. located in Quezon City. The Chef/Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in accordance with the recipes and standards of the cafe. Other tasks include maintaining a clean and organized workstation, monitoring food supplies, and ensuring quality and presentation of dishes.
- Culinary skills, Food Preparation, and Cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Menu planning and Recipe creation
- Attention to detail and Creativity in food presentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience working in a cafe or restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
