Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruitment Team Lead to oversee and guide our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the tea m me ets client expectations, streamlining recruitment processes, and fostering a high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment goals.
Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends to refine and enhance recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in headhunting or agency settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to handle multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies is a plus.
