Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients.
Understand client business objectives and staffing requirements.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
New Client Acquisition:
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base by bringing in new business.
Research and target potential clients in need of recruitment services.
Account Strategy Development:
Create account strategies to align client needs with our talent solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor recruitment strategies and services to meet client demands.
Requirement Gathering:
Work closely with clients to understand their specific talent needs, including roles, skills, and experience levels required.
Develop a deep understanding of the client’s corporate culture and values.
Talent Sourcing:
Collaborate with the recruitment team to source and assess candidates who match the client’s requirements.
Evaluate candidate resumes and conduct interviews to ensure the right fit.
Client Presentation:
Present shortlisted candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications, skills, and suitability for the job.
Address client questions and concerns during the selection process.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate terms, conditions, and contract details between clients and candidates, including compensation packages and contract lengths.
Performance Monitoring:
Track the performance of placed candidates, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver on their roles effectively.
Address any performance issues promptly.
Market Insights:
Stay updated on industry trends, job market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Revenue Growth:
Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective client management, contract extensions, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry trends.
